The Job Role:

We have a key position available within our client’s organisation for an experienced Office Manager to join their team based in Leeds city centre.

This varied role will involve supporting the Managing Director, as well as delivering excellent customer service and improving the Leeds office as the organisation continues to grow.

Key responsibilities will include the following;

  • Overall responsibility for the Leeds office – including operational management
  • Responsible for Leeds office over heads
  • Managing the budget for the Leeds office
  • Facilities management for the offices
  • Direct line management of 5 staff including facilities, administration and reception
  • Management of office equipment ensuring all in working order
  • Purchasing new office supplies and equipment
  • Management of cleaning staff
  • Manage meeting rooms and bookings including arranging catering
  • Ensuring secretaries and administration team meet KPIs and that workload is evenly distributed
  • HR responsibilities including inducting new staff, managing any issues that arise
  • Complete audit reports for management
  • Management of Health and Safety procedures within the office
  • Assist with finance on client accounts including updating client information using CRM system

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience;

  • Previous experience within a similar office management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional
  • Confident using a range of IT systems including the full suite of MS Office
  • Experience of managing health and safety
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment
  • A can do attitude
