The Job Role:
We are representing a hugely successful national organisation who require an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director for their Yorkshire division.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company and the Yorkshire division and will enjoy an incredibly varied role including; complex diary management, extensive travel arrangements and supporting the Managing Director with their business strategy.
Key responsibilities will include the following;
- Complex diary management on behalf of the Managing Director
- Organising both internal and external meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
- Arranging meetings and conferences online in different time zones
- Communicating with a wide range of people inside and outside of the organisation
- Managing complex travel arrangements
- Supporting the Managing Director with confidential matters
- Typing correspondence and reports
- Preparing presentations and meeting packs
- Managing expense claims
- Carrying out market research on behalf of the Managing Director across all sectors of the business
- Assisting with the arranging and managing of internal events
- Other duties as required by the Managing Director
The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience;
- Experience in a senior support role within a large organisation
- Highly computer literate with extensive experience using the full MS Office suite
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Confident within a client facing role
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work within a very fast paced environment
- Proactive and able to handle last minute changes to schedules
- Enjoys sharing ideas and working collaboratively with the Managing Director and the wider team
