Sheffield – hybrid working both home and office

The Hours:

 Part time, 14.8 hours a week

The Salary:

Up  to  £33,568 (pro rata)  DOE

The Job Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our client’s charity on a temporary basis until April 2022. The ideal candidate for this role will have programme management experience, and will ideally have worked on European funding projects before.

As Programme Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage the project and ensure the delivery of the project is to the highest quality.  The role will involve managing the programme delivery plan together with specific components such as communication, performance management and supply chain management.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Implementing programme delivery plan
  • Oversee the programme – managing communications, risk analysis, and performance of the delivery of the programme
  • Develop cross programme strategies
  • Ensuring all staff working deliver to a high quality on the programme
  • Management of key team members delivering the programme
  • Coordinate work load to delivery teams
  • Reporting into National Lottery Community Fund who are the funding organisation attached to this programme
  • Identify and developing key working relationships with those involved with the programme, and key stakeholders
  • Providing regular information to communications teams
  • Helping to raise the profile of the charity through the programme
  • Ensure recognition of the ESF Funding
  • Manage budget, expenditure and costs delivered against the programme delivery plan
  • Manage the financial reporting for the programme and ensure this is reported in a timely manner to National Lottery Community Fund and ESF

Experience required for this position;

  • Qualification in Management or Project Management
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven experience of programme management
  • Experience of working with external funding regimes
  • Experience of finance and budget management
  • Management relationship experience
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on projects
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
