The Job Role:
We are exclusively working with Fareshare, who currently operate 21 Regional Centres across the UK. Fareshare are a UK wide charity that tackle food waste.
This position is a maternity cover until August 2020 and the deadline to apply for this role is 14th June.
As the Programme Manager, working on a multi-award-winning programme, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full budget for the programme, ensuring all KPIs (both internal and external) are met, and line management responsibilities for a team.
Main areas of responsibility are as follows;
Line Management – managing a team of 5 Regional Manager and 1 Customer Service Manager.
Account Management – Managing one of the largest programmes, ensuring that agreed KPIs are met and ensuring a first-class customer service is delivered.
Financial Management – Managing the budget for the programme, and working closely with the finance department to ensure that all budgets are monitored.
Relationship Management – Maintaining important stakeholder relationships. This includes external stakeholders, as well as all staff within Fareshare.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within a similar role, as a Programme Manager.
Our client is looking for an experienced line manager, who is passionate about leading a high performing team.
Account Management experience for this role is essential, and applicants should have a proven track record working on complex projects and ability to manage a fast changing work load.
It is also essential that applicants have experience of managing budgets.
