Up to £19,000 DOE

The Job Role:

Due to expansion within our client’s team we are looking for a Project Administrator who will manage the administration and maintenance work involved to ensure projects run smoothly and are regularly audited.

The successful candidate as Project Administrator will enjoy a varied role and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Monitoring the project inbox and actioning accordingly
  • Assisting with the internal project management system
  • Downloading and distributing job packs
  • Notifying the council of advances works
  • Assisting with site documentation
  • Updating project trackers
  • Checking subcontractor invoices
  • Closing jobs via client operating systems
  • Updating skills matrix
  • Providing cover across projects as required

To apply for this position Applicants will ideally have the following experience;

  • Knowledge of project software / CRM – advantage
  • Knowledge of industry accreditations including ISO 9001:2015, Street Works, Safe Contractor – advantage
  • Computer literate including MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and Excel – essential
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and production documentation – advantage

We are looking for a candidate who has Administration experience, ideally worked on projects, is a strong problem solver and is highly motivated.
