Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week

The Salary:

£30,000 to £35,000 DOE

The Job Role:

Due to growth within the organisation, our client is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team.

As Quality and Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with all internal teams to ensure that all quality and compliance is adhered to within the organisation.  This position will involve managing the ongoing development of delivery teams to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered at all times, as well as managing all matters relating to audits and compliance.

This position will include the following;

  • Leading on external audits and inspections
  • Monitoring staff performance
  • Performance manage, motivate, observe and develop teams to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
  • Manage and lead on data collection activities to help analyse on quality improvements
  • Manage and maintain all Health and Safety standards for the organisation
  • Provide organisational overview of quality for the organisation
  • contribute to teaching/learning and development materials
  • Report a quality performance report to the board each month outlining key areas of performance and underperformance

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, Applicants should possess the following skills and experience;

  • Maths and English GCSE level 2/C
  • Teaching qualification
  • IQA qualification
  • Applicants should have worked within FE and had exposure to OFSTED and managing their inspections
  • Experience working with the Apprenticeship levy
  • Confident working in a fast-paced role
  • Competent using IT
