The Job Role:

 

We are representing a fantastic business located in Sheffield who require a professional and organised Receptionist to join their growing team.

 

As Receptionist, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients both face to face and on the telephone. The position will also involve providing administrative support to the administration team when required.

 

This varied role will include the following duties;

 

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors who attend the office
  • Arranging and rearranging appointments
  • Providing administrative support to the wider administration team
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are set up for meetings
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • General administrative duties including scanning, filing and typing

 

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience;

 

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using the full suite of MS Office including Word, Excel etc
  • Able to handle confidential information and documentation
  • A warm and friendly manner
  • Super organised and able to manage a busy workload
