Depending on experience – we have five positions available.  Salary levels between £25 k and £50 k


The Job Role:


We have an urgent position available for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our clients business on a temporary basis to assist with their huge work load.  This role is anticipated to last 6-8 weeks but for the right candidate could be made permanent. 


Our client is a well established business of 35 years who have been using a range of methodologies and technologies to measure and interpret data and user experiences.


Our client designs and delivers a wide range of innovative technology-enabled data collection mechanisms to gather insight from their service users and stakeholders.  These include;


  • Bespoke survey apps
  • Online survey platform
  • SMS
  • Telephone
  • Paper based surveys
  • Full range of qualitative research methodologies


To assist with increased demands within our clients reporting team to deliver additional bespoke reporting, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following;


  • Manipulating and summarising datasets – providing clear audit trails of changes made
  • Building and customising reporting templates using MS Excel to align with client requirements
  • Implementing appropriate data visualisation and report formats for the data being reported
  • Implementing robust and evidenced quality assurance procedures of reporting outputs produced
  • Producing reports in line with agreed schedules


Experience required:


  • Excel – advanced level
  • Advanced level of IT
  • Able to summarise data – taking raw data and producing aggregated results
  • Building mechanisms to present results data – reporting templates in Excel
  • Quality assuring summarisation of data and final report outputs
  • Creating the data/content with Excel and PDF reports
  • For Graduate level candidates – evidence of using Excel as part of study
