The Job Role:
We are excited to be representing a fast-growing organisation who have multiple Sales Executive posts available within their business. This is a great time to be joining our clients organisation – they have just moved into new offices, and have a huge plans to continue to develop and grow.
Our client are specialists within their sector and full training and support will be given to the successful candidates.
We are looking to speak to candidates that have B2B sales experience. Applicants might have experience working within a call centre, as an Appointment Setter or even as a Sales Executive – our client is really flexible about your working experience as long as it’s within B2B sales.
The successful Sales Executive will enjoy a fast-paced and varied position.
Duties will include the following;
- Making outbound sales calls – mostly from leads via the website
- Prospecting new business
- Taking new and existing customers through products and providing each client with specialised advice
- Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop sales opportunities
- Account Management
- Working to KPIs
- Maintaining accurate records using the in-house CRM system
The successful Sales Executive will be joining a really fantastic team. There is progression available as well as rewards and recognition for hard work. The bonus scheme for this role is uncapped. Realistically the successful candidate should expect to earn between £35-45 k within the first year.
