The Job Role:
Our client, who are a highly successful and well-regarded manufacturer and distributor, are on a journey of growth, and as such have a new opportunity within the business for a Sales Generator/Lead Generator.
We are looking to speak to individuals who are passionate about sales and confident building relationships with customers on the phone. The successful candidate will speak to existing and new clients and will be expected to generate enquiries, as well as working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure quotations are provided quickly and accurately.
Working as part of the steel division of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;
- Calling 100 + leads per day – both warm and cold
- Sending email quotations through to clients, including company information, steel specification and pricing
- Chasing outstanding enquiries that have already been quoted by the sales team
- Carrying out market research to generate a live call list
We are ideally looking to speak to candidates that have experience working in lead generation within a high call volume sector. We would also love to speak to candidates that are looking to take their first steps into sales. Applicants that have knowledge of steel products or an engineering/manufacturing background will be at an advantage.
