The Job Role

This is brand new opportunity to work for a fast growing, market leading software company based in Sheffield.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 4 sales people. Key responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Doing general administration, follow-up actions and support when the team are in sales meetings
  • Keeping our CRM up to date and produce monthly reports
  • Helping manage the writing of tenders and creating quotations
  • Helping to organise the other resources within the business to support sales and marketing activities
  • Supporting marketing activities and occasional events around UK
  • Primarily office based, with the need for occasional visits to prospects
  • Monitoring prospects to ensure regular contact, creating follow-up actions where needed

Whilst the role is predominately office based, there will also be occasional external meetings and events arounds the UK.

The ideal candidate for the role will have a natural flare for building relationships and have a warm, friendly manner. They will also have a strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
