The Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated senior web developer for one of the UK’s leading sports charities. This fantastic organisation prides themselves on providing support and opportunities for communities across the UK and abroad.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on responsive websites, databases, e-commerce solutions and mobile apps and be confident in taking on the role as the “go to” IT and digital professional within the company.

Skills and experience include:

At least 3 years commercial experience

Understanding of hosted platforms such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure

Able to show an understanding of MySQL and Query optimisation

Strong knowledge of web-based systems using the LAMP stack

Technologies used:

HTML / CSS JavaScript

PHP, Laravel, Cake PHP

MySQL, Apache

Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, GIT, Docker.
