Swedish Speaking Sales Advisor
Remote/Home based working 4 days a week, 1 day based from the office in Barnsley
Monthly bonus, free parking, free fruit, quarterly staff events
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hour per week (between 9am – 6pm)
£18 - £20k DOE, up to £200 bonus per month
The Job Role
This is great opportunity to work for an established business who are the largest supplier of their kind in Europe. They pride themselves on their outstanding customer service and are looking to grow their team of sales/service executives.
This is a brand new position as they begin to establish themselves within the Swedish market. In the initial first few months, the successful candidate will be responsible for translating the website and assisting with various other aspects of the set up.
Following this, the candidate will focus on building a client base with customers based in Sweden.
Typical duties will include;
- Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Account Management to ensure orders run smoothly
- Processing sales orders
- Responding to queries (telephone and email)
- Problem solving and resolving complaints
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fully fluent in both English and Swedish.
It would also be beneficial for the candidate to have either sales, marketing or customer service experience.
Must hold a Full UK driving license or be able to commute to Barnsley once a week.
