The Job Role:


We have an opportunity available for Technical Document Administrator to join our client’s organisation for 12 months to cover maternity leave. Our client, located in Holmewood Chesterfield, work with social care providers to gather feedback from patients relating to their services offered.


Working as part of the administration team, the Technical Document Administrator will provide support to ensure that letters, emails and surveys are set up, formatted and that surveys are sent out correctly and on time.  


This role will be varied and will include the following duties;


  • Liaising with clients
  • First point of contact for enquiries
  • Collating survey documentation  
  • Providing advice to clients regarding letter and email content
  • Setting up letter and email templates in readiness for surveys to be sent out
  • Tracking and recording survey activity
  • Proof reading survey material prior to sending out
  • Working closely with other members of the company
  • Using a bespoke database, setting up clients on the system
  • Maintaining client and survey response data
  • General office and administrative duties as required



Skills and experience required for this position;


  • Excellent IT skills
  • Confidence using Excel – confident with scripting, formulas and tables
  • Competent using macros and formulas
  • Confident working with data – able to sort and filter data
  • Experience working within a fast paced and pressurised role with targets and deadlines
  • Excellent administrative experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Confident answering the telephone and communicating via email



A high level of IT skills is required for this role. Whilst full training will be provided on the bespoke IT software, candidates must have excellent knowledge of Excel including scripting, formulas, tables and macros.


This role is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave.
