£20,000 - £24,000 DOE
The Job Role:
Due to expansion within the Technical Support team, our client is looking for two talented and enthusiastic Technical Support Analysts to join the team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers and handle a range of technical enquiries. The position will involve working through technical queries via ticketing system and also telephone.
Applicants should have experience and enjoy working within a customer focussed role and should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Our client is looking for candidates who have the following experience:
- Basic understanding of PHP, MySQL and HTML5
- Basic understanding of data connectivity, IT and networking
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday - Friday, however it will be required for the succesful applicants to provide out of hours emergency support as part of a rota system.
