The Job Role:
We have an immediate requirement for a new position within our clients business which is based in Sheffield city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who has experience of customer service, technical administration or sales administration.
This position will be a temporary contract for approximately 3 months but is then likely to turn into a longer-term contract, or even permanent for the right candidate.
The purpose of this position is to support a busy team of sales/account managers to free up their time to manage upselling/upgrades for their customers. The successful candidate will relieve the team of their administrative duties and will assist with resolving any issues.
Duties will include the following;
- Supporting a busy sales team with administrative duties
- Managing incoming enquiries, via a ticketing system
- Liaising with customers to provide them with information/updates
- Closing tickets once they have been actioned
- Updating internal systems (Salesforce) and spreadsheets
It would be a real advantage for applicants to have had experience working on Salesforce, or a similar CRM system.
Applicants should have experience within a similar role within administration or customer service support.
