The Job Role:


Our client has a simple vision – to become Sheffield’s training provider of choice. We require a motivated, passionate self-starter to join a well-respected organisation located in the heart of Sheffield city centre to make this vision a reality.

Our client already has a solid track record of delivering training programmes across the city, and are now ready for somebody to take the reins and grow the training arm of the organisation.  

This will be a varied position and will include the following duties;

  • Managing the strategy for the training arm of the organisation
  • Managing a busy training programme targeted at different audiences across the city
  • Building strategic relationships across the city
  • Collaboratively working with the board and management team to ensure all training meets the needs of clients
  • Identifying funding opportunities
  • Management of the training booking process including liaising with venues, arranging refreshments etc
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all training events are well profiled and marketed to the right audiences
  • Regularly refreshing training content
  • Maximising the company CRM system to reach prospective audiences
  • Analysing feedback after events

Our client is looking for a self-starter and therefore we are looking to speak to candidates who have experience working within a similar role.


This is a progressive role for the right candidate, with the opportunity to grow a training team.
