The Job Role
We are lucky to be working with one of the UK’s leading food re-distribution charities on some exciting roles within their Information Centre, based here in Sheffield. Due to an increase in finding they are looking for a User Co-ordinator to join their IT department.
Working with the Project Manager, the main purpose of the role is to focus on user experience across 21 regional centres and 3 offices and making these systems fit for purpose of all levels of digital literacy and confidence.
You will work within the Information Centre to ensure all problems are fully understood and be responsible for scoping and assessing non-functional requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and support the design, delivery and evaluation of training and learning provision.
Essential Skills Required:
Experience of working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and design user experience.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and developers
Be passionate about resolving user pain points and embedding products that work for our network, employees and volunteers
Experience in designing and delivering F2F, e -learning and virtual / blended learning programs
Experience in project management and have demonstrated the ability to coordinate people, resources, budgets objectives and timelines
Excellent analytical and written / verbal communication skills
Individuals with knowledge of working with Salesforce or LMS at roll out scale are highly desirable.
