The Job Role

As the Head of UX  you will be chiefly responsible for creating and implementing forward thinking digital campaigns and solutions for a wide array of clients – from blue chip to SME’S  with the same goal of producing high quality and commercially credible work

The Talent

We are looking for an absolute digital design whizz who truly prides themselves on pushing the boundaries of tech design by responding  to a client brief with innovation at the root of the solution. Due to the agency’s varied client base, you must be able to lend your talent and ideas to suit all budgets and requirements – constantly striving to deliver the company’s mission values at all stages of design and development. This is a purely digital role therefore a strong background in the sector is key, along with the ability to be client facing with ease and be able to build confidence and great working relationships with the client. You will set and lead the creative direction with commercial awareness and be a natural lead and mentor to fellow team members.

Along candidates capable with Front End Development and a strong grasp of UX  tools and processes will be considered.
