Sales Support Administrator

Up to £17,000 depending on experience
Full time Monday-Friday 9 am – 5pm
The Job Role
Our client is expanding their team and looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of the following;
- Processing customer orders using CRM system
- Providing administrative support to Account Managers
- Liaising with customers when required
- Assisting the team to meet daily and weekly goals and objectives
Applicants for this role must have experience working within administration and customer service. Working as part of a team, our client is also looking for a real team player and somebody who will get involved with daily tasks to ensure the team hits their KPIs.
As well as processing orders and handling customer enquiries, the successful candidate will liaise with customers throughout the sales process including after sales.
Applicants must be super organised, be IT competent and have experience of using the full suite of MS Office, and enjoy working within a fast paced and very busy role.
Ideally Applicants will be available immediately but this is not an essential requirement.
