Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am - 4 pm, Friday 8 am - 3 pm
Due to continued growth within our client’s business, we have a brilliant role available for an experienced Administrator who has excellent customer service, and call handling skills.
Working in a small team of five, the successful candidate will enjoy an extremely busy role working closely with customers to answer their queries, and process their applications. A huge chunk of this role will be telephone based, so we would love to speak to confident communicators who enjoy speaking to customers and assisting them with their enquiries. One day a week will involve no telephone work where the successful candidate will have time to process applications and ensure all administration work is up to date.
Typical duties for this role will include the following; -Liaising with customers over the telephone – all in-bound calls, no out-bound whatsoever -Maintaining accurate records using bespoke CRM system (full training will be provided) -Providing customers with updates -Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer records kept up to date, and timescales monitored -Verifying information with customers over the telephone -Processing applications -Collaborating with the finance team -Assisting with the preparation of reports -General administrative tasks as required
We would love to hear from candidates that have the following skills and experience: -Exceptional telephone skills -Highly professional -Excellent spoken and written communication skills -Administrative experience working within a professional office environment -Confident using IT including the full suite of MS Office – full training will be provided on internal CRM system -Confident managing customer expectations and timescales -Ability to work well under pressure within a very busy role -Team focused -Excellent attention to detail Working in a small team of five, the successful candidate will enjoy an extremely busy role working closely with customers to answer their queries, and process their applications.
