The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
We are delighted to be representing our client as they continue to thrive within their sector, and as such require an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team. Our client are multi-disciplinary property and construction consultants who are fast-growing and booming within their industry.
The successful candidate will join the business as a Bid Coordinator and will be responsible for assisting the Bid Managers throughout the bid process including project management, writing and presenting high-quality bids.
This varied Bid Coordinator role will include the following duties and responsibilities; - Supporting the bid team with deadline driven work - Working collaboratively with the bid team to provide administrative support - Assisting the team with the coordination of the bid process - Developing bid plans, facilitating launch meetings, agreeing and recording deliverables and timescales with the wider team - Creating high-quality proposals including bid submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations and documentation - Writing and editing text in relation to bid documentation and to develop responses - Coordinating document design - Ensuring all internal document libraries and systems are accurately kept up to date - Supporting more junior members of the team
We would love to hear from experienced Bid Coordinators that have experience working in a similar fast-paced role. Applicants should have experience supporting a bid team with a range of bids including complex bids, and have confidence preparing high-quality presentations and documentation. Applicants should have excellent IT skills and be confident using a range of IT systems including Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with In-Design and the construction industry would be an advantage but not a necessity. We would love to hear from candidates that are looking to expand their professional experience and are looking for a long-term role.
