In this newly created role as Customer Communication Lead, you’ll design and deliver engaging communication strategies that inform, educate and inspire customers. You’ll also monitor and measure the impact of communication campaigns and provide feedback and insights to improve performance. Working closely with internal teams you’ll ensure that the business comms are in line with brand values, business goals and most importantly, customer needs.
We are looking to speak to talented and proactive candidates who are interested in a Customer Communications position including the following duties; review and evolve the existing customer communication strategy - write, edit and proofread compelling copy across multiple channels including emails, SMS, letters, webpages, social media - ensure that the tone of voice, style and messaging are consistent and reflect the brand personality and values - test and optimise the performance and impact of communication campaigns and initiatives - collaborate with other teams across the business to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience - research and monitor customer feedback, preferences, and trends, and use them to inform and improve customer communication practices.
We’d love to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience; proven experience in customer communication, content marketing or copywriting - excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and an ability to influence - strong knowledge of communication principles, techniques and channels, with the ability to tailor content and tone to different audiences and purposes - can demonstrate creative and strategic thinking - a data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform and improve communication decisions and outcomes.
