The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm
We are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client on their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their commercial support team. Working within a small team, the successful Customer Service Administrator will enjoy a varied role supporting the sales administration function of the business, liaising with customers and supporting the business development team.
We would love to hear from candidates who already have experience working within a service led administration role, ideally with experience of using SAP or a similar system. Professionalism and customer service are essential for this role as the Customer Service Administrator will be liaising with clients, and providing them with dedicated support.
Typical duties within this role will include the following; - Liaising with new and existing clients - Processing customer orders using the in-house CRM system – Supporting customers via telephone and email with their order, full training will be provided on all products – Working closely with the field based Business Development Managers and providing them with administrative support – Handling sales enquiries and delegating to the Business Development Managers – Providing general administrative support as needed – Producing sales reports for the management team – Assisting with the dispatching of goods via transport partners
The ideal candidate for this role will already have experience working within customer service or sales administration. Experience of using SAP or similar would be advantageous, but full training will be provided on all systems including the internal CRM. Applicants should professional and confident liaising with customers via telephone and email. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team including Business Development Managers who are field based, Managers and the internal support team. Our client is looking for an adaptable individual who enjoys working as part of a team. There are opportunities to develop within the business, so a keenness to learn and develop would also be advantageous. This is a fully office-based role, there is free parking on site at our clients offices located in Sheffield, S9.
