We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Customer Service Administrator. Our client is a leading manufacturer located in Sheffield, S9. They are a well-established, international business who are passionate about creating a positive economic impact in their field. We would love to hear from personable, friendly and hardworking individuals with proven Finance experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will be joining a small team and report directly to the Commercial Manager. You’ll be responsible for the providing guidance and advice on products and answering general enquiries from customers. The business is family run with a friendly and supportive environment. The role is extremely varied, and although you will have support from the team, will require a high level of organisation and autonomy.
We are looking to speak to a proactive, organised and adaptable candidates who are interested in a Customer Service Administrator position including the following duties; -Processing of sales orders – sending out invoices – dealing with incoming sales enquiries – liaising with suppliers – liaising with transport and shipping companies – arranging shipments – generating sales reports – working closely with the Business Development Managers.
We’d love to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience; - previous experience as a Customer Service Administrator– SAP experience would be advantageous but any experience with similar packages would be great - experience using the full suite of MS Office -excellent communication skills – ability to work to deadlines - organised, proactive and flexible. Essentially, we would love to hear from candidates that are passionate about administration, who enjoy working autonomously and are looking for a long-term position.
