The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
Due to expansion within our client’s business, we have an immediate role available for a passionate Internal Sales Administrator to join their small, but perfectly formed team. The successful candidate will enjoy a super varied role including nurturing client accounts, processing sales orders and supporting the warehouse operations. This is a consultative role – the ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine interest in building long-lasting relationships with clients, as well as confidence providing support to the wider team with administrative duties.
This varied Internal Sales Administration role is well suited to candidates that have prior experience working within sales, account management and administration.
Typical duties will include the following; - Managing a heavy volume of telephone calls and emails from new and existing clients – Providing exceptional customer service – Working collaboratively with the Sales Representatives to drive sales and conversations with clients to drive sales opportunities – Providing detailed information about products – Cross-selling and up-selling products – Generating quotes and sending these to clients for their approval – Processing orders using the in-house CRM system – Tracking shipments – Investigating any shipping problems – Supporting clients with technical issues and facilitating repair services – Ensuring accurate client and order records are kept – Actively communicating with internal teams across both UK and US – Supporting the warehouse when required including lifting boxes up to 22kg
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience – Proactive sales experience – Exceptional account management skills – Consultative sales approach - A genuine interest in people and retaining clients – Confident processing customer orders – Able to generate quotations – Excellent Administration skills – A real team-player who is able to work collaboratively with internal teams – Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal – Able to roll up sleeves and support a small team within the warehouse when required – Confidence using IT including full suite of MS Office – SAGE experience would be preferred
