Our client’s boutique hotel and stunning apartments are set within four acres of beautiful and scenic grounds in Hull. We have an opportunity available for an Operations Assistant who is passionate about working with customers and assisting with the operations of this beautiful hotel and living space to join their team. This role is available immediately.
This role is perfectly suited to individuals who are looking to progress their career within property or hospitality within a people front-facing role. Reporting directly to and supporting the Operations Manager and General Manager, the successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of the business. This is a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role.
This Operations Assistant role will include the following roles and responsibilities; - Supporting customers with their enquiries face-to-face and via telephone and email – Assisting with any complaints with the support of the management team – Processing reservations – Handling any booking changes and cancellations – Conducting viewings of the apartments – Producing reports for management – Conducting inventories and inspections of apartments – Management of council tax and utilities – Communicating health and safety checks including fire safety with residents and guests – General administrative duties as required
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience; - Experience working in a front-facing customer service role – Property/Hospitality experience would be advantageous but not essential – Professional – Confident communicating with people at different levels – Strict attention to detail – IT proficient including the full suite of MS Office – Administrative experience
