The Hours: Part time, 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (office-based)
We have a brilliant opportunity available for a Part-Time Administrator to join our clients thriving business as they continue to increase their projects and grow their team. We would love to speak to experienced Administrators who are confident supporting a busy team with their administration, diary management and provide project support.
This part-time Administration role will be varied, fast-paced and demanding. Applicants should already have solid experience working within a professional environment, and be confident providing support with projects, producing reports and providing administrative support to colleagues including Managers.
This part-time administrative role will include the following roles and responsibilities; - Providing dedicated diary management to a team of Building Surveyors – Confirming scheduled appointments with Building Surveyors to ensure all are attended as planned - Producing and adapting reports - Reviewing reports to ensure all spelling and grammar is accurate - Managing online project portals – Providing administrative support to the Building Surveyors as well as the wider team – Communicating with clients via telephone and email – Other administrative duties as directed by Building Surveyors and the wider team
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience; - PA/secretarial experience would be preferred – Senior level administrative experience is required – Confident in managing multiple diaries – Experience of report writing and reviewing – First-class spelling and grammar – Exceptional attention to detail – Ability to embrace a variety of software and confidence using the full suite of MS Office including PowerPoint – Strong work ethic – Approachable and flexible – Able to work within a busy working environment
