We are delighted to be recruiting for our client’s thriving manufacturing business as they add further headcount into their Sales Administration team.
Our client requires an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team on a full time, and permanent basis. Our client’s business continues to go from strength-to-strength so this is the perfect role for a candidate looking for a long-term role within administration.
As Sales Administrator, the successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced and varied role supporting the sales and production team of the business. Typical duties will include the following; -Liaising with customers via telephone and email - Processing quotations to customers -Chasing quotations -Processing customer orders using the in-house system -Ensuring customers receive regular updates on the status of their order -Liaising with customers to arrange delivery of their order - Updating customer and order information on the in-house system -Liaising with the production and warehouse teams for updates on orders and stock levels -Regular contact with customers to ensure they receive a first-class service at all times -Ensuring customers are made aware with new stock/products -Administrative duties as directed by the Team Manager, or Senior Leadership Team
We welcome applications from candidates that have the following skills and experience; -Sales Administration/Customer Service experience -Experience processing customer orders - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -Confidence in liaising with customers via telephone and email -Strong administrative skills -Confidence using IT – including the full suite of MS Office -Hardworking -Excellent attention to detail
