Due to expansion within our client’s business, we have an immediate role available for a passionate Internal Sales Administrator to join their small, but brilliant team. The successful candidate will enjoy a super varied role including nurturing, supporting and providing administrative support for growing client accounts. This role will be working closely with the Internal Sales Account Manager and the wider commercial sales team providing them with administrative, and customer service support. The successful Internal Sales Support will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, and emails, and will be the main point of contact within the business for new and existing clients. Candidates need to have strong commercial acumen and be confident building relationships.
This varied Internal Sales Administration role is well suited to candidates that already have experience working within administration. Account Management experience would also be beneficial as the role will be relationship focused, but this is not a sales focused role and therefore experience in this regard is not essential. Applications should however be tech savvy, confident using the full suite of MS Office, especially Excel and be used to working in a very fast-paced environment. This varied Internal Sales Administrator role is well suited to candidates that have prior experience working within a fast-paced sales administration, customer service, or account management role. Typical duties will include the following; - Liaising with customers to handle enquiries and product or order queries - Processing customer orders using internal CRM system – Generating quotations – Following up quotations with customers - Liaising with customers from enquiry through to point of sale, at times supporting the sales team with after sales customer care – Handling post-sale administration – Ensuring orders are dispatched on time – Supporting the Internal Account Manager with administrative duties – Supporting the wider team when required with administrative duties
We would love to hear from candidates who are experienced Sales Support professionals who have the following skills and experience – Experience working within a relationship focused role, and confident liaising with customers – Experience working within a busy and fast-paced office environment - Experience of accurately processing orders – Exceptional customer service skills – Consultative approach when liaising with customers - A genuine interest in people and retaining clients – Confident processing customer orders – Able to generate quotations – Excellent Administration skills – A real team-player who is able to work collaboratively with internal teams – Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal – Super organised - Able to roll up sleeves and support a small team within the warehouse when required – Confidence using IT including full suite of MS Office – SAGE experience would be preferred
