Working with Benchmark Recruit was effortless throughout the recruitment process.
The initial meeting clearly established the candidates we were after which was followed up by positive CVs that fitted the criteria. We eventually placed a member of staff put forward by Benchmark that we are very happy with and has become an integral member of the football club.Andrew, Manager
1. Sign up
Complete the registration process to allow you to access fully the Candidate Centre – the more information you provide the better – this will allow us to keep in touch with you too.
2. Download Our Sample CV
Unsure of how to format your CV, and what details to include? Download our sample document to create the perfect CV.
3. Creating a Job Alert
Get job alerts emailed directly to you and you’ll be sure never to miss out on your dream role again. All you need to do is to register the specific roles you are interested in, looking specifically at business sectors, skills sets and location, and leave the rest to us. Once one of these job types goes live we’ll email a link for you and you can get applying.
4. Adding a Career Bookmark
Filter the jobs that take your fancy with our handy bookmarking tool. Within each job ad there is the option to bookmark the position – this will then feature in your ‘Bookmarked Jobs’ section of the website. At a glance you can then view the roles you are interested in pursuing and get applying.
5. Managing a Vacancy Application
And now for the important bit, if you’ve applied for a role and sent your CV you’ll see this in ‘Manage Applications’ section. The advantage is that you will see the status of your application and the stages of the recruitment process. If it’s a match you’ll be invited to the next stage and speak to one of our career makers, and if it’s not you’ll be notified and encouraged to take a look at our other positions.
