The Job Role:

As Client Content and Onboarding Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke onboarding and training as part of new project roll out.

The purpose of this position is to improve uptake and adoption rates to increase the engagement their customers have with the products and services which are provided.

Duties for this position will include the following;

  • Designing and delivering bespoke training and onboarding material
  • Delivering bespoke training and onboarding material virtually, online and face to face
  • Supporting client engagement activities and delivering onboarding activities for new and existing projects
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to identify training needs
  • Liaising with internal Sales, Support and Development Teams to identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the company’s software 
  • Developing strong working relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Writing and updating user manuals
  • Running training courses on client sites & in the office via video conferencing software to a variety of audience sizes
  • Maintaining training records

Our client is looking for the following experience for this role;

  • Experience in a similar position and confident designing and delivering bespoke training
  • Familiarity with the SAP Litmos cloud based LMS or other similar applications
  • Experience in instructional design and the implementation of e-learning packages
  • IT literate and familiarity with Articulate storyline and other articulate 360 applications or other related equivalents 
  • Proficient in the deployment and management of complex Learning Management Systems within medium to large scale organisation(s)
  • CIPD qualified in a relevant learning and development capacity
  • Working towards or familiarity with TDLB Assessor/Internal Verifier/External Verifier status
  • Coaching experience
