The Job Role:


We have an absolutely brilliant opportunity available for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our client’s thriving business.  Located in Chapeltown, our client deliver a first-class customer service experience to their clients. 


Supporting the busy sales team, the successful Customer Service Executive will enjoy a varied and fast paced role.  Duties will include the following;


  • Processing customer quotations using in house system
  • Following up quotations with customers to ensure received and answer any questions
  • Setting up customers on in house system
  • Processing customer orders using in house system
  • Day to day contact with third parties to chase orders
  • Updating customers regularly with the status of their order
  • Preparing contracts and financial documentation for customers
  • Liaising with customers regarding the delivery of their order
  • Management of any contract amendments
  • Generating reports using the in house system for the sales team and management
  • Providing the sales team with administrative support when required
  • Attend relevant training when required



We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following experience;


  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Worked within a professional environment for ideally 2 years +
  • Confident using a range of computer packages including the full suite of MS Office
  • Presentable and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional time keeping skills
  • Full/clean driving licence is preferred but not essential


Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, and there will be ongoing training and development within the role.


This position is full time working from our clients offices in Chapeltown. Once the successful candidate has successfully trained within the role hybrid working will become available.
