The Job Role:

 

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our client’s brilliant organisation based in Sheffield.  This is a part time role with hours between 16-24 hours (to be discussed at interview).

 

The successful candidate will manage the full HR function of the organisation, we are therefore looking for HR Managers who have experience of the HR cycle including ER, employee benefits, implementation of company policies and compliance and recruitment.

 

Key duties for this role will include the following;

 

  • Providing HR support to the team and managers on day to day employment matters
  • Maintaining accurate HR records for each employee
  • Uploading company information and HR records onto HR portal
  • Reviewing and revising company policies ensuring in line with compliance and any legislative changes
  • Maintaining attendance records
  • Working collaboratively with payroll to ensure employees receive correct pay
  • Assist managers with escalated matters including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Recruitment of new members of staff – working with line managers to advertise, source candidates, interview and appoint
  • Provide health and safety support
  • Ensuring all staff have received relevant training – arranging training courses where required

  • Experience working within a HR Manager role
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Confident using the full suite of MS Office
