The Job Role
This is a perfect opportunity for candidates looking to move away from an IT company and move into an in-house role, my client is one of Sheffield leading charities.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
Coordinating the day to day operations of the ICT department, enabling effective functionality and providing line management support to the ICT Assistant. Providing tech support to all hardware, software and telephone systems and abiding to company SLAS. Working closely with the ICT manager you will also be called upon to manage the department during their absence.
Core skills we are looking for:
- Experience if working in an ICT role and good working knowledge of ICT equipment.
Good knowledge of:
- Office Windows and Office Products
- PC/ Printer Hardware
- Networking and Microsoft Networks
- Maintaining Information Systems
You will be a confident problem solver with good analytical, communication and presentation skills. Be a natural problem solver with the ability to work from your own initiative and collaboratively. Due to the nature of the work we require candidates to be conscientious and reflective of the charity’s values and ethos – these will be assessed at all aspects of the interview stage.
