The Job Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Administrator to join a very fast growing business based in Sheffield.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role, supporting a busy sales team and building strong relationships with customers.

Duties for this position will include;

  • Working closely with the sales team and assisting them with leads and identifying new business opportunities
  • CRM management
  • Providing support to the field sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers, building great working relationships with them and ensuring always up to date with their prices
  • Invoicing of all completed works
  • Researching new business opportunities on behalf of the sales team
  • Liaising with new and existing clients via telephone and email

To be considered for this position the ideal candidate will have the following experience;

  • Experience working within a similar sales administration role
  • Experience working within technology/software
  • Confident providing quotations
  • Enjoy speaking to client and building long lasting relationships
  • Delivering first class customer service at all times
  • Confident using technology including CRM systems and the full suite of MS Office
