The Job Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Administrator to join a very fast growing business based in Sheffield.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role, supporting a busy sales team and building strong relationships with customers.
Duties for this position will include;
- Working closely with the sales team and assisting them with leads and identifying new business opportunities
- CRM management
- Providing support to the field sales team
- Liaising with suppliers, building great working relationships with them and ensuring always up to date with their prices
- Invoicing of all completed works
- Researching new business opportunities on behalf of the sales team
- Liaising with new and existing clients via telephone and email
To be considered for this position the ideal candidate will have the following experience;
- Experience working within a similar sales administration role
- Experience working within technology/software
- Confident providing quotations
- Enjoy speaking to client and building long lasting relationships
- Delivering first class customer service at all times
- Confident using technology including CRM systems and the full suite of MS Office
