Sales Administrator 

The Location: 

Sheffield 

The Hours: 

Full time 
8 AM - 5 PM

The Salary: 

£18,000 - £20,000 DOE 

The Job Role: 

Due to expansion within the business, our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. 
This will be a busy role and will include the following duties; 
  • Processing sales orders
  • Inputting customer information using inhouse CRM system
  • Liaising with clients and providing them with updates regarding their order 
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Handling and forwarding incoming telephone calls
  • Arranging transport for goods to be delivered 
  • Chasing outstanding debtors 
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within a sales administration role. Candidates should enjoy working in a customer focussed role. 
Candidates should be confident using IT. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
