£18,000 - £20,000 DOE
The Job Role:
Due to expansion within the business, our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
This will be a busy role and will include the following duties;
- Processing sales orders
- Inputting customer information using inhouse CRM system
- Liaising with clients and providing them with updates regarding their order
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
- Handling and forwarding incoming telephone calls
- Arranging transport for goods to be delivered
- Chasing outstanding debtors
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within a sales administration role. Candidates should enjoy working in a customer focussed role.
Candidates should be confident using IT. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
